Who was frothing at the mouth again? I told you, you are just hallucinating. That is what hating someone too much will do to you. The program was never mandatory, like I said last year. You just assumed it was.

You will never accept that an otherwise beneficial exercise was bungled because an untrustworthy and unqualified individual, Ruto, desperate for credit, hijacked the exercise. The ministry has from time immemorial conducted similar regional exercises without any hitches. All Ruto needed to do was to leave them do their work as they have done for decades. What was one supposed to conclude when the highest placed professionals in the ministry could not answer what was being vaccinated against?

I am glad I didn't have to force the issue. You can self-diagnose. In my early years I used to think Ndii was just being a hater. His bluntness, just pure bitterness.

Turns out he was always right. The economic objectives are clear. We will all be dragged kicking and screaming until the economy stabilizes. Feel free to continue kicking and screaming. It is your right.

Nationwide is simply one region after another, which is not any much different from when they would do it on 3 or 4 regions. The logistics are the same and everything, just lasting longer.
