This one has been sucking and dreaming that he'll be made Interior CS. He has also been virulent about fixing "that tribe".

President William Ruto's reorganisation of the Cabinet has not impressed a section of Kenyans, this as some see no fault in it.
Homa Bay MP Peter Kaluma is among the unhappy lot; he observed that there was no regional balance in the latest changes.
Ruto brought some of former president Uhuru Kenyatta's allies into the National Executive, among them Mutahi Kagwe and Lee Kinyanjui -
The latest reshuffle and new nominations in the Cabinet have elicited varied reactions, with quarters backing the changes while others raising critical questions.
President William Ruto sanctioned a reorganisation of the Cabinet on Thursday, December 19.
Now-former Youth Affairs and Sports CS Kipchumba Murkomen was reassigned to the Ministry of Interior. Salim Mvurya, previously the CS for Investments and Trade, would take over the Sports docket.
Mvurya's ministry was entrusted to former Nakuru governor Lee Kinyanjui, while one-time Health CS Mutahi Kagwe was handed the Agriculture and Livestock Development Ministry.
First Kiambu governor William Kabogo was nominated to head the Information, Communication and Digital Economy docket.
In the changes, the president reassigned now-former Agriculture and ICT CSs to ambassadorial roles. Margaret Nyambura, the ICT CS, was appointed the High Commissioner for Kenya in Ghana, while Andrew Karanja, who was at the helm of the Agriculture Ministry, was named Kenya's ambassador to Brazil.
Reacting to the Cabinet reorganisation, Homa Bay MP Peter Kaluma argued the president erred as regional balance was not reflected therein.
The lawmaker, who was part of the excited lot when the president onboarded ODM officials in July, observed that the president favours Mt Kenya most opposed to Raila Odinga's backyard.
Kaluma noted that whenever the president considers the region, he dishes out wholesome Cabinet posts, as opposed to regions like Western Kenya and Nyanza, where only a few are nominated. "Ruto gave Gachagua 6 Cabinet Secretary slots, he appointed all from Mt. Kenya.
Ruto gives Uhuru slots in government, he appoints all from Mt. Kenya. Whatever ODM gets, it shares across the Nation. I hope a time will come in my lifetime when all of us will live under Article 10 of the Constitution and see Kenya beyond their home regions, like Baba," he said.
