The arrogance he came in with is now gone. Nobody told him running a country is not as easy as stealing. He is now running all over trying to recruit people he earlier insulted into his mess of a government. Today he was pleading desperately for Kenyans to agree that he has done some development, but Kenyans can't see any. Let's see whether he will succeed in banning farting by cows. Useless, clueless waste.
