So this is the dam touching the main farm at the bottom, where we diverted rain water to go. Bad thing is the community here depend fully on this dam so they could not allow anyone to use it for farming. Good thing is

Finally it was time for seed sowing . As a experienced farmer I started by making small farrows across the beds ,this makes it easy for nursery management eg when apply fertilizer and weeding.
Covering the seeds like a pro is a must , little soil by pulling a small tree branch. Covering with a lot of soil will make it hard for young seedlings to sprout.

Just to remind you ,The beds were raised and they were 1m wide and 30cn length. The farm has to look neat . And as you can see we he'd also started fencing. Poles done to improve security.

With all said and done. From my area we say "Kuna kadeal Nachil kaivane" This was a done deal ,we mulched our nursery bed and this was to retain moisture and to avoid our hybrid

This mulching should take only 7 days. Past that you will be "cooking " your seedlings. The warmth will make your seedlings yellow and may lead to dieing.
"It's either we win ,or they lose!"
