What kind of greed is this?
As someone has observed, and I quote "The Jevanjee Gardens was donated to the municipal government by a philanthropist Ali Bhai Mullah Jeeavnjee in 1906.
It has stood as public land for 118 YEARS!
It has stood as public land during 4 previous presidents!
But 2 years into Ruto's presidency & it has been grabbed."

Asante for pointing that out! Naona no the old estate near Kariokor. Gentrification on steroids like it happened to Buxton Estate in Mombasa.
