I don't know what the strike is about but I agree in the choice of song they are using for their agitation.

Wamepewa namna gani? Watalipwa pamoja na wanasiasa? This idea needs to die that when your politician is in power, you also will benefit.

We have had several Kikuyu presidents, are all Kikuyus rich and powerful? We have had Kalenjin presidents, are all Kalenjins living a big life subsidized by stolen funds? Luos have had defacto opposition leaders starting from Jaramogi to Raila, the Odinga family is a billionaire family, are Luos all living lavishly courtesy of their political clout? It's all divide and rule, manipulating the poor by selling fake dreams.

Thankfully gen z do not subscribe to this idea that makes zero sense. They can see through backward tribalism
