Counterfeit products - Chloride Exide

I am not a Futurama fan .
I bought some AVS from Chloride Exide mid July for a project.The project got delayed so i didnt unpack the the three AVS's .Early this week the installation was given a go ahead and when i got onsite i realised the build quality on the units was not good .I called Chloride Exide and they claimed they are genuine but on checking with Sollatek they indicated the units are fake .I even compared the units from other sources and the ones from Chloride are not the same . Infact AVS from chloride doesnt come with a warranty even though the package clear has some print indicating 5 years warranty.The greed is creeping to the likes of Chloride so beware .

It is the corruption that is consuming all of us. Why wouldn't you compromise on quality if you can submit a bundle of notes to KBS instead of a sample?

We all know that You're not a good connoisseur of quality goods,si hata mchanga ulimwagio cotton soil juu ya kubargain Sana,you get what you pay for
 
I once bought a battery from them which turned out to be faulty. Despite them giving me a warranty card they flat- out refused to replace the battery. I would never willingly deal with them again, they are thieves
 
Admin or anyone should tag those chloride exide guys along. Complete with location and all. I am sure that they can respond. So many fakes around including the guy who purports to own a mutura joint.

Forget it. Chloride Exide doesn't give a shit. The Nyeri manager (no less) told me to my face they don't honor those warranties. They are aware they are robbing their customers.

Not a mitura joint but CEO of waka group of companies, eg waka transporter,waka construction Inc,waka meat supplies,waka importers etc
