Two people dead in a grisly road accident at Roasters, Garden City along Thika Road. The accident involved a brand new Land rover Discovery which rammed into a trailer from behind

You must be a board member at NTSA . That's the only institution that would reason in those lines .I believe under run bar would have saved the situation . In the meantime the hungry hyenas are pushing for a new standard speed limiter so that they can eat whereas they can't implement simple under run bar on all trucks .Most Tanzania and Rwanda trucks have the bar .
