Furthermore, the only reason Ruto created this independent taskforce is because of people asked for it. They didn't trust the reports done by the AG. Yet the reports on our debts are publicly available online.
Ruto appointed members of professional bodies, but kama kawaida Kenyans have shifted goal posts again.

Governor natembeya created a task force to audit his county but the courts said despite the idea being noble,not even eacc can act on the findings,'no one is duty bound to implement those reports.
We have many similar reports gathering dust because even the president is not duty bound to implement them.
