It is now cheaper and more convenient to use a bus on Nbi - Msa route, as low as 1300 pale tea room and it drops you Msa CBD, so no shuttles and you can time your arrival depending on your purpose of of travel. You arrive at 5AM do early check-in into hotel and nap and shower, wake up 9.30 fresh and have a full day

Before the fare hike i used to swear that I would never use a bus .
After the hike I did the maths and if I use SGR it costs me Ksh 2200 one way .Nowadays I use the bus - Tahmeed to Mombasa at night then travel back with SGR . The bus option costs 1500 .
