Early this week I was on a fact finding mission and noted the road works done by the Chinese contractor from ABC place outbound is not to the Thika road standards.Already some potholes are forming hapo Deloitte /Waruku .So many unfinished sections i.e signage ,drainage , beautification and lighting.
KeNHA seems to have somehow dropped the ball on this project .In fact Kenol - Marua is done better in terms of build quality.

Somehow the wuyi fellow is the same contractor who did Thika road, Karua and UON towers among many other projects if I am not wrong. However, I stand to be corrected.

The authority involved in local supervision KENHA didn't carry out its legal mandate. In western bypass from Rwaka t Gìtaru it was total mess . The local villagers plus the representatives ie Mp , mca,senetor Dr wamatangi ( current Governor Kiambu County ) all combined their effort to have the contractor go back and sort the mess in that road. This is worse in many road constructions dotted in our country. More worse were our own local contractors are involved !
My suggestion
We must not allow things to go wrong before our very own eyes ! Whatever need correction , come out and shout it ! Somebody must listen and do the needful.
