So yesterday afternoon nilikuwa free. I decided to kufyeka nyasi at the hacienda.

Kidogo kidogo my uncovered forearms started itching like crazy. It was so bad I had to sit down and scratch, true story.

Kidogo kidogo this lady friend, Wachu, passed by and told me, old foolish Mzee stop scratching. Just break off an aloe vera 'leaf' and rub the sap all over the itching places.

I did. Wonder of wonders, the itching stopped within five minutes.

Now I've heard about the magical properties of this plant, but by God, that was fast!

Now I am just sitting here wondering, since like all old me I suffer from itching balls, can aloe vera cure me for good?

Yes it can ! You can extract the juice and take it , very healthy !
