Speaker Muturi has directed 15 female MP and several Parliamentary staff whose 15-day trip to attend the 64th session of commission on the status of women in New York was cancelled due to the global coronavirus scare, to surrender over Ksh. 27 million they received as per diem.
Failure to refund the cash, the monies will be deducted from their March salaries and they will also be blocked from future trips until they clear the outstanding amount.
