Why should one buy a 50x100 in a rural area? Bare minimum should be 2acres.
Never underestimate the sheer amount of stupidity ailing Kenyans, it will blow your mind away! The story goes like this: someone wanted to sell me a 1/2 in Kitengela in 1996 and I refused, now look how much it's going for?...5 million! Now, instill that mixture of hindsight, emotions, regret, greed and outright stupidity, then that's how a Kenyan buys 1/8 plot of land 15Km away from any road, river, lake or sea.

Ata 10 - 15 acres would be better but getting that is not possible
These areas got history since colonial days. The land used to be owned by colonial settlers till early 70s. The father to current Nakuru Governor Kihiki kimani brought poor but very hardworking Kenyans together to aquire land. They would buy a 2.5acres single shares at ksh1,500.
....to be continued , endeni church kwaza !
