Merylin admitted to acquiring the General Service Unit (GSU) garb in the industrial area to deceive the public into believing she was a legitimate police officer.

That is possible.. it's not normal for a 22 year old civilian to possess police uniform and weapons like this

I thought it was another Waiganjo situation. Or perhaps some commanders feuding over their favourite mattress.
