I don't support anyone, what you and I know we have a government, lead by Ruto .Uhuru was given a clean government by kibaki na tunajua what he did
He has turned defensive and will live in denial throughout !

Uhuru was handed over a very bloated structure of government, devolution brought new structure that some replicated the central government, very huge pay roll. Not only that counties had to begiven allocation yet some counties collection are a drop.
Yet tax payers ni wale wale tu, yes monies were stolen and nabii defended them ..
what i give credit to nabii is the sprint to expand the tax base, this should have been done in 2011 before the new constitution kicked in.

People like Mr @Kasaman fail to appreciate the fact Pres Uhuru was implementing the new Constitution which had a lot of uncharted territory and challenges that hindered progress in programs. There were many times i found myself asking how would I have solved that if I was the president? It wasn't easy.
