Hawalipwi ama nini? It's only Dennis Itumbi and a few others who are still defending Kenya Kwanza. During the early months of Kenya Kwanza error, they poached pro Azimio bloggers such as Believe Kinuthia, the solar guy Kitheka and the Murugu couple. But even for them it has proven difficult to defend a clueless and rudderless administration.

Uhuru had his faults. He wasn't a Kibaki perfect president. But jubilee bloggers of 2013-2022 were quite active in defending the government. This means there was some good Uhuru did. Its the messaging was just not being done well by Jubilee.

Yesterday's state of the nation was Shambolic. That was campaign speech! The fake calls to akina Ondieki deserve an Oscars award.

I'm not here to praise Uhuru. I'm here to tell you how bad Ruto is that it is hard to defend him.

The MPs from Mt. Kenya are the worst! I read they recently went to statehouse and said things are tough kwa ground but wakanyamazishwa! Imagine a region that dotted courageous MPs like Kibaki, Matiba, Mwenje, Norman Nyaga, Kiraitu, Karua, Mirugi Kariuki, Wanyiri Kihoro etc. Now every MP from that region sounds like Kamotho.

Anyways, 4 more years to go..time moves fast.

Ruto has the heavy burden of the incumbency. It got Moi out in 2002. Got Kibaki out in 2007. Had 2017 elections nullified.

From the top of my mind, Ghana's John Mahama served for one term and was defeated by Nana Addo. Do you know what Nana Addo has done to Ghana? There's also Peter Mutharika. Mkora kupindukia. One term president.
