Reason being the Mwafrika does not respect themselves. How else do you respect people that don't start it with themselves?

Mwafrika (mis)leaders steal their citizens money. Stash it in banks in their countries. Send their children there for school, go for treatment (in the 21st century) to their hospitals while their average citizen cannot even get access to affordable, decent healthcare.

They cannot follow simple rules and laws that govern societies and then go begging them for handouts to finance their budgets. How do you start even respecting such people?
