Media personality Shaffie Weru is back on Radio after a very long time of break. Shaffie will now host a show alongside Kamene Goro and Pierra Makena on NRG.
Kamene, through her Instagram, put up a poster announcing that she has officially joined NRG Radio to host ‘NRG Transit’
"Good Morning My Loves!!!!!!! @shaffieweru @pierramakenaofficial do you think they are ready for this one? @nrgradiokenya,” Kamene Goro said.
Just last month, Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja appointed media personality Shaffie Weru to head the county events team for a period of five years.
Sakaja said Shaffie collected his letter of appointment today and will be in charge of overseeing all outdoor and indoor events in the county.
"He will exclusively execute all indoor and outdoor events headlined by Nairobi County Government."
Before his official appointment, Shaffie had been organising events graced by the governor, the major one being Sakaja's swearing-in event in August 2021.
He also took part in executing the Nairobi festival that was held in December.
Shaffie had been in the cold for two years made a comeback in January with a new show on his YouTube channel.
