could this be Joseph kinyua?

I suppose the best way is to find an amicable solution for all parties....ama what do you think the govt should do?
Amicable solution was sought in court -for 37 years for G's sake! - If Riggy G wants to change the SOP (standard operating procedure) for effecting a court order then he should sit in his office and draw a circular announcing the changes for all County Commissioners and Police Commanders to understand.
After castigating junior officers on twitter what will they do tomorrow? They will be hesitant to take action because hawataki lawama.

sazingine, think, it's free. Those squatters knew there was a case on going, they also knew they were not supposed to be there. A court order was issued, they disobeyed it several times, what is the ocs supposed to do? but enforce court order? I thought nabii said his administration will respect rule of law?
In your farm, what will you do to invaders?

All procedures were followed but the residents were ignoring everything.

Calm down, don't get emotional, don't you think the ocs could have done it more humanely? Do you think the DP anakosea kuwasaidia?

DP alikosea, the most logical think as a senior government official is to ask if all procedures were followed, then ask for a temporal relief from the legal owners as he looked for alternative land to settle them.
OCS was absolutely right, he did it in the most humane way. Court order was issued one year ago, the residents chose to ignore it, they should have challenged it in court and an injunction issued.

So according to you those Kenyans do not deserve any empathy....sawa, btw how can you tell that the judge was not bribed? And or the OCS paid?

They don't deserve any empathy, they had all the space and opportunity to challenge the court order, case has been on going for 40 years. Infact they should have been kicked out at night.
Ocs wasn't paid, court order wasn't issued yesterday but one year ago, no resident complained.
Nabii said he'll be on the front respecting court orders.
