I don't understand how Raila inconveniences people during their time of mourning.

Coz I remember Ruto sticking with KANU and the choice of Uhuru as the presidential hopeful vs Kibaki in 2002.
My dad then, by the way, was a Democratic Party official and I will never forget him declaring, in hushed tones that Ruto was the one to watch out for. That was two decades ago.

There is hardly any photo of Ruto as DP visiting Moi. Meanwhile, other riff raffs like Joho had access to Moi.
