Elder Lister
Felix Oduor, MP for Langata, was barred from entering the Azimio retreat venue at Maanzoni Lodge following his visit to the statehouse.
Scuffle ensues as Lang'ata MP Jalang'o tries to gain access to the venue where Azimio is holding it's parliamentary group retreat. This comes after his latest move to visit Pres. Ruto at State House

Dictatorship at its best...and these are the people you wanted to lead the country?
Can't even contain one person without frakas. Naona kuna goon imevaa jacket ya Bomb Squad na mwingine threatening to pull out a firearm.

Considering the trajectory of Jalas from the days as a junior thespian at KNT to then making it big in TV, radio and his own media company and now as an MP of prominence, I'd suggest, as foolish as it may sound, that he has the unique opportunity of positioning himself as a youthful, relatable future Luo leader.

He is well loved there and his roots as an alumni of the famous Kisumu Boys ensures that his roots are intact even as he makes big moves on the national stage.

It may sound silly, but think about it.. Who is well placed to succeed Rao, a man who despite being a legend in Kenyan politics, has no mentee of repute?
