Just reminded me of my cousin's husbands, their mother was married but after kufyatuka kichwa kids wakiwa wadogo the Omuhusband akamrudisha kwao. The kids were raised by their grandparents and they bequeathed them 2 plots, mbuloti and a 1acre. The donations were not regularized and after grandparents lefted the uncles tried disinheriting them, a court case ensued but the kids won as the witnesses to the bequests were available, those unavailable had earlier recorded statements kwa chief. Watu iko tamaa sana na mali. The kids also later claimed their fathers side inheritance.
