There's a problem with the African. The 22k allocated to non-deserving cases would've been allocated to more critical sectors of that County. Even for the deserving cases, the county ought to find out how they can facilitate the families to cater for subsequent fee payments. What the current buffon led county has done is not sustainable but what do I know?

It wasn't a one off payment, but continuous . I won't call him a buffoon but rather prioritizing what is currently important in those counties. Human man power is key , we have always mocked them they don't have enough teachers etc , let them acquire human resources first, the rest will follow naturally. In the next four-8 years your kid teacher is likely to be a NE fellow.
