Just an observation that first-time employees always tend to mess their first jobs no matter how good the jobs are. People on their first jobs live under the illusion that they got the worst deal and that there is something better out there. Sadly, once they lose a good first job, they may never land a similar opportunity in years. What is interesting is that such people will never take advice from anyone until experience hits them hard.

Not long ago a young man we had taken on "resigned" kimadharau on email coz he had been offered a much better deal by the new flash in the pan new kid on the block. I had to persuade him to come back and formally hand over. Six months down the line their capital ran out and clients who had promised to move with them reneged...they are back on tarmac, sadly.
