@QuadroK4000 If you are going to remove subsidies while offering slight relief, this is the way to go about it. Kerosene is used by hustlers. Diesel is used for trucking. Super is more for personal cars/middle class.

Kerosene ikiwa cheap itatumiwa ku-adulterate diesel. There's that to consider too.

There is a conversation to be had about why a government would raise the price of Kerosene as a deterrent. Surely there are more innovative ways.

In addition, if people are still using the Kerosene to adulterate diesel at the current high price, that just amplifies my earlier point.
