It may feel bad especially kama ni watu maskini wamechotwa. But what if you were on the other end of the transaction? A lender (banker, landlord, lease/hire, lawyer etc) whose loan isn't paid. Would you call an auctioneer to recover your money?

I understand that auctioneering is a necessary part of the marketplace and do not think that those carrying out the exercise are evil or unfair, it's just that I would rather not be involved in any of that process. As a landlord myself, I really hope that at one time, I don't get to the point of evicting my tenants manze

I understand your keeping your distance from that part of business. To be successful, you need above average tenants that are well vetted. Mostly families, watu wana watoto wa shule. This demographic group Haina mangaa wengi.

Otherwise upande huu wetu wa jua Kali is a struggle. Unakua landlord hasora. Everyone is a potential thief including the care taker, the agent hata auctioneer. That's why you carry a crow bar kwa boot ya ProblemBox new shape ya kungoa milango ya defiant tenants. Sometimes you need to show how rough and tough you are by hiring @Mongrel and his crew.

Mzeiya knows that 'auctioneers are necessary evils'. I hope he never encounters an entitled tenant. The kind of people you would rather pay off wahame kwako. Rebels without a cause.
