I just read through the Raila application that was begging the SC to strike out the Githongo affidavit.

They were just told to ferk off, na wakule ujeuri yao. How dare you deposit fake evidence? I am hearing whispers of perjury and the cost to be paid once proven.

on the contrary, this is an affidavit from UDA, so it means the lies by Githongo get to be tested in court.

STAND-off at IEBC HQs as officials say can't grant supervised access to the IT system without authorisation despite Supreme Court order.
 
Jubilee Party SG Jeremiah Kioni now claims that elections in Mt Kenya were rigged with the use of face masks, which apparently aided IEBC officials to campaign for UDA candidates inside the voting halls. "When you have a face mask on, your lips cannot be seen and the voice is stifled. They influenced the voters to vote us out," he said on Inooro TV.
