My 2cents, it looks like jsks is going to take it(although it will be close).
1. Mombasa(and coast in general) Raila has lost his base and jsks is chopping him bad.
2. Kisii, Nyamira was traditionally Raila strong hold but even that is not looking solid.
3. Mt. Kenya despite the low turn out is polling upwards of 70% for jsks.
4. North eastern is polling 70% jsks.
