No problem with that but why are they passing this hefty expenses to already struggling businesses?!
Kama wanataka to maximize tax collection they give the machines and software for free to businesses!
This is same thing that ntsa has been doing to commercial vehicle owners telling them to install new governors every now and then yet accidents continue to increase!

KRA has been conducting public participation before policy is implemented. If our mps whom we're defending had our best interest, they could simply have made the etr cheaper by zero rating those etrs and or by deducting costs of it on tax due..
