Residents torch vehicle used by livestock thieves

Angry residents of Gacharu village, Kirinyaga West torched a car believed to be used by suspected thieves to steal livestock from the village. Cattle theft has been on the rise in recent days, they say. Unknown people raid homes and steal cattle which they slaughter for the beef.

Iza Man, Wanafaa kukatwa mikono. Huku Niko wizi ni on another level being a semi arid area unaamka unapata bee hive imekamuliwa usiku, amevuna ndengu au cowpeas leaving the pods still attached to the mother plant na mjamaa ako mguu chuma in a place where puff adders(kimbuuva) and Spitting Cobras(Kiiko) frequent at night.

Saa zingine ndio hua naunga mkono waganga na wachawi. Ocha nayo wanaenda kwa shamba, wanavuna nduma and leave the uprooted stem tubers to dry. Na wanakata na madharau and in a hurry. Hao watu dawa yao si ni Dr Kizito kutoka Tanga ama Mr Mutheu kutoka Bamburi mtambo😁?!
