I find it self defeating for the NTSA team to hide .They should instead install more speed signs and let us know they are monitoring .That way the law breakers will think twice before they speed .Hii ya saa hii unashika mtu already amekimbia speed za 140 kph , if something happens on the road at 140 kph the NTSA fellow will just saa nilikuwa nimemuona .Bure kabisa.
