Meteorological department is just another government department and so it is also part of the conspiracy against the citizens. They just can't say plainly that it won't rain lest it causes panicky havoc and hysteria everywhere.

What a legend.
He used to pick the sun carving from maeneo ya Pwani, take it all the way up to Lodwar and then pick the one with thunderstorms and place it maeneo ya magharibi that seemed to never stop raining.
All the while mainitaining a very straight face. Amazing.

Rains will fall as of Thursday/Friday, a few patches due western, North rift and mau going down,..as of next week, rain will spread the whole country, plough your fields and plant, hii mvua itakuwa kubwa and will spread untill may...some areas may result to flooding particularly western Kenya.
