I was responding to an equally crass remark.

From what is now evident, there was systemic bullying of girls and gross neglect at the school. Teachers were all in the staffroom during the stampede.

We have been desensitized to deaths resulting from human negligence. Before the end of the day, we expect to hear of x number of people lost in a road accident. The same as yesterday and tomorrow.
