I always say the Kenyan security forces are very formidable against unarmed civilians but will take to the woods at the first sign of resistance and aggression. Huyo askari, were he to convert to cattle rustling, hata vyombo hawezi pesa aoshe juu hatoshi mboga.

In a civilized country under rule of law, that guy would simply be charged with relevant offence, but in .ke, its perfectly normal if he is arrested taken to police station and beaten to death and majority of citizens will be OK with that.
