Ref my ob 22/15/3/2022 at 1249hrs.It happened that today at about 0945hrs subcounty security committee were on routine 2021 kcse exams check-up at somali bantu secondary school map ref ba6412 north west of the station about 8km within kakuma refugee camp when they noticed unusual activities at room number 20.They found one student index number 374 Babil Hawart with two Four Figure Elementary mathematical Table with calculation writing on it.This prompted the team to conduct search on all candidates of a total of 506 and as a result the following students were found with mobile phones and cash;
