SUBJECT : SUSPECTED KCSE EXAMINATION MALPRACTICES.

Refer my Ob No.08/14/03/2022 at about 1000hrs it was reported by Omar Mangari Hassan KNEC Monitoring officer Garissa county of phone number 07244* that while going around monitoring the ongoing Kcse exams he visited one center Airport View private secondary school where he found 32 students sitted on English paper one 1, 1/101/1 and the registered students were 33, one student was missing, Exam papers issued were 34. On inquiring of the two extra papers it was established that one paper was Missing from the envelope at Exam table, Upon inquiry it was established that the center manager TSC No.866666 Mary Muthui had taken one paper into her office .D/ Scpc ,Ocs iftin together with Dci officers rushed to the scene which is 2km north of the station. upon investigation it was found that the center manager through her phone Tecno spark 2 tell.No.0706** electronically photographed and posted the said paper to her school director Mr Mohamed Ali of mobile number 0722**. Center manager was arrested and taken to Garissa police station for interrogation, her phone detained as exhibit while the director is at large . Case P.U.I Garissa DCI dealing.

According to police, the suspect will be charged with impersonation following his arrest at the Kiamabundu Mixed Secondary school in Nyaribari Chache.
