If EACC was as independent as it was envisioned to be, then they would summon Hon. Uhuru Kenyatta<< using the title Hon and not H.E because when he made the speech he did so as a tribal kingpin,>> to bring evidence that can be used to convict the "thief." Otherwise he should just strap it and by now should be looking for goats to heard from Sep 2022.
