How is this mkutano ya hema? The participants are the kawaida citizens giving a first hand account of their challenges and that will shape the economic policy. Surely, is that difficult to understand?

That clip on the hema was just political rhetoric. He described his political economy theory.
 
I would add, investment in infrastructure development at the expense of investing in SME's like has happened under jubilee. At least the second term was geared to the latter but we know what happened.
Government doesn't invest in SMEs. It creates the right environment and leaves businesses to the private sector.
 
As you can see kwa reply ya hio tweet voters are asking "where is the UDAku manifesto?" coz tangatanga leaders think bottoms up means displaying their matako kubwa and uploading their bottoms up social media.

But I thought hasla reminded us the other day that he is the DP and has always sat and approved whatever govt has done for past 10yrs. So what new thing is he promising Kenyans that he has been unable to do for 10yrs.

Not unable to do, but he will continue to do....kazi ya serikali haiwezi kwisha in 10 years
