When the US invades kule Afghanistan and Iraq, they take over the oil to fund their activities. Kule congo kagames troops take over the mines to fund their operations. So nothing wrong with kdf taking over makaa biz. Tax.payers shouldn't shoulder the cost of peace keeping or war in a foreign country. That is how the system works and has worked since the beginning of warfare.
