I am starting to think this is one well choreographed story. Maybe it is meant to justify militarizing KPLC. Remember, military personnel cannot be tried in our civil courts. I wonder what other critical infrastructure are earmarked for militarization as we approach august.
Do you ever see anything good in what the govt does, hata wakishika waizi wa pylons? So what is your next conspiracy theory?

Hizi chuma za KPLC zimekuwa in circulation since wakati wa nuhu. Most are sold by the company or its workers as obsoletes, surpluses, or stolen while others are sold by the company's sub-contractors. HIi yote ni PR tu.To get all these pieces shown, you would need to dismantle two pylons entirely.

You have said it so well I don't think I would have been able to explain it in a better way. The government itself, even statehouse kwenyewe, hua wanauza scraps! It is a legal business na wenyewe hulipia the requisite licenses and all.

Not only that but being found in Gilomba might make the public not have the regular outcries whenever those pre-planned fires raze down the place...
