SUBJECT: ARREST OF A POLICE OFFICER.
OB Xx/04/01/2022 at 0059 hrs. One Apc Nathan Ndirangu Wangui attached to Astu Gilgil was arrested today 04/01/2022 by members of the public at Kagumo market while demanding money by menace from shop owners claiming they had opened their business beyond curfew hours. He demanded from one George Murithi sum of Ksh 2000 /- . Scene visited and no recovery made. He was searched and found with administration police certificate of appointment and his national identity card. He is currently in police custody appearing drunk. Case PUI.
