A police officer who shot and injured a reveler in a quarrel in a bar in Kasarani area, Nairobi was arrested hours after the incident.

The officer was armed when he picked a quarrel with the victim on Wednesday.

Witnesses and the victim told police the two argued over unknown issues before the officer went for his gun and shot the man in the leg.

He then escaped from the scene before he was traced and arrested moments later.
