Cc @bigDogI will continue asking, who elected the courts to run this country? Why are judgements and injunctions against murderers and the corrupt not given within three days?
Courts have failed Kenyans. The murders committed by police and extortion during the just ended curfew period, none no justice fro courts ! AND MANY CASES DRAGGING FOR AGES . THUGS HAVE INVADED THE JUSTICE SYSTEM TO THE CORE.I will continue asking, who elected the courts to run this country? Why are judgements and injunctions against murderers and the corrupt not given within three days?
but wakenya hatujielewi when govt. wanted to use nys to streamline kenya power meter reading , we complained our relatives will be rendered jobless , someone rushed to court and an injunction was issued yet keep complaining of high power bills.
We complain govt. hospitals doesn't have drugs but when something is done to fix it, we cry militarization and cheer when injunctions are issued.
sio bure uhuru asked "mnataka nifanye nini?".

So how exactly do we improve the quality of decisions made by our decisionmaking organs if they face no challenges when they roll out programs?
The first case you cited Kenya Power won, no one knows how the KEMSA one will play out, the executive might just win, who knows! The goal is to refine the decisionmaking process, even at the some considerable pain and inconvenience
of course the decisions, must be challenged when need to like bbi, for the greater good of the public, but sio kila saa, like Kenya power, everyone has been complaining in getting wrong bills or exaggerated yet when a third eye is introduced to verify ,some quarters are offended, any reasonable person would have no qualms with the audit. same with kemsa ,those HODs are the most corrupt.
Change is usually resisted, there was a time some kra staff were suspended but they rushed to court and they went back to business.
Sahi everyone is complaining about corruption at immigration but when something is done ,we shall cry militarization or kenya is not a police state.
How is using the military or NYS a long term solution to corruption in this country? No wonder nothing improves. Next year, Nairobu county will be under a governor and the NMS will no longer be around. The next president could/will remove the KDF, NYS and NMS from these organizations and then what?
The way some of you make and support decisions is so intellectually lazy, I am sorry to say.
This is and will always be a thorny constitution issue which must be amended. And the constitution amendment must be address by serious people minus raoSometimes, like now, I support Konyagi's disregard of court orders.
And there it is. Your lazy assumption that this move by the president is meant to stifle corruption as if you just airdropped into kenya 24 hours ago.what do you propose? have you ever participated in any public forum for policy change? Corruption in kenya will not end in one day but abruptly disturbing the well established chains suppresses it for a while, we were all happy when nys were used to improve services at the birth registrar, nobody complained of militarization, the onus will be on the next president to further kill corruption, if they remove everything and come up with a better solution ,well and good.Kuna kitu huitwa quick fixes.

Where is Kembi Gitura's head? Wasn't he rewarded with a transfer to another organisation after overseeing the theft of billions?
Now you are here suggesting that this crime lies in the hands of 900+ junior employees, who have been unilaterally condemned as guilty without charge!
This is nothing more than a cover up! Where are the managers of the companies that received the kemsa billions? Why has that line of questioning been snuffed? After the 'restructuring' , will we be furnished with the names of these criminals or will it die at that?
How then can we say we are killing corruption when we sink the boat to kill some rats, while the king and queen of the rats sails away in a lifeboat?
Mambo ya bottom up umetoa wapi? We are discussing what the current president can do.yes mister genius am very lazy, now tell me a quick fix solution on how to ger rid of corruption or rather how do you suppress it?
simulisema form ni bottom up? or you think the same model can't be applied to corruption? worse corruption is at the bottom 'coz it directly affects common folks like me.
