Can someone educate me here. Does the UoN council depend on the government for funding? What does legislation say about VC appointment? How autonomous is the University Council ? Who appoints the University council? How can a term of any member of the university council be terminated?

in kenya we do not go to school for academic excellence and to discover new knowledge. we go to accumulate more paper to give us a competitive edge over our peers. if we can even steal the exam to make that easier the better.
