So many companies here in Kenya are registered in tax havens. And KRA goes after only what is due to them. That's part of tax planning.

The only way for KRA is transfer pricing agreements. This one for tax havens ngumu. When your friend Trump entered in office in 2016, he said he'll bring back to US companies, specially those registered in Ireland which has low taxes. By the time he was leaving in 2021, Ireland had even registered more US companies. Alishindwa!
