That seems like a very well financed pressure group. I'd not be surprised to learn that it's financed by the West so that they can go "see China wants to grab your ports".

Either way we need to know thee terms and what was signed against the loan.
 
Lead up to 2017 election showed hatuwesi saidika ka wakenya. Theft by Jubilee Govt was highlighted lakini "mtu wetu syndrome" was strong. Next year make informed decisions ndio msikuje kulia baadaye
 
There is nowhere in that document where one can show support by appending signature or volunteering or sending cash...
This things needs to run on a bigger platform... I support.
