taa ya lang'ata

I think Korir has done well, to be honest even though Langata is the easiest constituency in the country to manage

No but he's done well in other aspects that I can see such as roads. Even now he's just overseen the construction of a solid perimeter wall of the Langata Police Station

but that's not the core function of an mp, just using cdf money to hoodwink voters. What we need from a good mp is laws, a good example is tax laws which can be sponsored to ease people's lives but building a perimeter wall hiyo angeachia interior ministry or fund interior ministry via parliament to ensure all police stations have perimeter walls or enough vehicles.

We have a lot of mediocre MPs on that front of making laws so most times we are left with gauging em with how well CDF funds are utilised and how well a member of the house is able to be at hand whenever his constituents need him.

I think also as citizens, we don't demand anything from our mps, we only focus on small issues that affect us on a daily basis like hospital bills, bursaries, funeral expenses etc, instead of the bigger picture.
