All you have done is to explain the WHAT. The WHAT has previously led people to vote after being promised 1 million jobs per year. If they had asked the HOW, then they would have seen the impossibility.

Many talkers are more focused on the HOW of bottom up

let's not lie to ourselves, tribal politics is going nowhere, MK is very much right DP must come from mk , everyone will be aligned where demigod will say. Sahi it's just hot air.

That said i have no idea what bottom up is, also nobody does except what has been said up there just a catchy phrase .

Anyway, credit you've partly started addressing the HOW by mentioning the parts in bold.

So what will be the difference in government policy, tariffs... between what Jubilee has had for the last 10 years and what Ruto plans for the Bottom up model?

Just because Nyamakima businesses started feeling the economic heat in 2019 doesn't mean that's the same time other Kenyan's started feeling the heat too. Manufacturers were laying off staff and some closing way before.

Do you understand that Nyamakima and down town serve as hubs for other businesses and traders in other towns to get their goods? When they suffer or not get their goods, what will happen to traders in other towns?

Naaaaah, doesn`t feel good when you taste your own medicine of playing deaf and dumb about BBI...... Anyway about gavament policy it changes depending on what they want to prioritize, if it`s farming the fertilizer program will be back
