Police from Juja police station nabbed more than 300,000 pieces of expired sanitary towels in Witeithie estate of Juja sub county. The towels were found being repackaged in a building on a construction site

the big issue is ,used diapers and condoms are thrown carelessly in the estates. manufacturers must address the disposal issues ! the can't be recycled .
 
This is very wrong. An injustice to young girls who are still in school. Someone been keeping them until now they expired. They want to repackage and sell as new. Then women will end up with fungal infections.

These are GOK property. Does it mean there was an oversupply, as in there were more pads than our girls could use? Or a certain official just his them with the aim of repackaging to sell?

On expiry, just note that even distilled water has an expiry date. Same with car tyres.
